Pawvanti™ Digital Scratch-Off Program Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Pawvanti LLC d/b/a Pawvanti ("Pawvanti"), 119 S Western Ave Unit 1, #268, Chicago, IL 60612.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state or territory of residence if older, at the time of participation. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Pawvanti, its affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

3. Program Period

The program will continue indefinitely unless and until Pawvanti, in its sole discretion, decides to modify, suspend, or terminate it. Pawvanti reserves the right to end the program at any time without prior notice.

4. How to Participate

Each eligible bag of Pawvanti dog treats will feature a unique QR code, either on an enclosed card or printed on the pouch's pull-tab. Scan the QR code with a compatible device to access the Pawvanti Digital Scratch-Off experience and reveal either (a) a discount, coupon, or other special offer, (b) a prize, or (c) confirmation that a charitable donation may be made by Pawvanti to an animal shelter or animal-related cause at Pawvanti's sole discretion.

Limit one (1) reveal per unique QR code.

To request a card without making a purchase, mail a hand-addressed postcard with your full name, mailing address, and email address to:

Requests may be submitted at any time during the Program Period. Cards will be mailed within four (4) to six (6) weeks of receipt of an eligible request, while supplies last. Limit one (1) request per household per twelve (12) month period.

5. Offers, Prizes, and Donations

  • Offers: May include, but are not limited to, percentage-off discounts (e.g., 10%, 15%, 20%), dollar-off discounts (e.g., $5 off), free shipping, or bonus product with purchase. Offers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be subject to expiration dates, product exclusions, and minimum purchase requirements as stated at the time of reveal.
  • Prizes: May include, but are not limited to, free Pawvanti product bundles, branded merchandise, or gift cards. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of prizes ranges from $0.01 to $50. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes.
  • Donations: Some reveals may result in Pawvanti making a charitable contribution to an animal shelter or animal-related cause. Such contributions are made solely by Pawvanti and are not tax-deductible to participants. Donation recipients may vary and are selected at Pawvanti's discretion. Typical donations will be between $0.01 and $20 per qualifying reveal.

Pawvanti reserves the right to select and modify, at any time and without notice, the method used to determine which offer, prize, or donation outcome is presented upon a given reveal, whether by probability-based, sequential, or any other method Pawvanti deems appropriate. Odds of receiving a specific outcome depend on the total number of QR codes distributed, the method then in effect, and the allocation of each type of outcome.

6. Verification

Pawvanti reserves the right to verify eligibility, compliance with these Official Rules, and the validity of any QR code or result. Any suspected tampering, duplication, counterfeiting, or unauthorized access will void participation and any associated result. Pawvanti's determination of whether a QR code is valid and its interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding in all matters.

7. Limitations of Liability

Pawvanti is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, or damaged cards or mail; (b) errors in printing or card distribution; (c) technical malfunctions or failures of any kind; or (d) inability to access or complete the scratch-off experience due to device or internet issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawvanti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in this program. By participating, entrants agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pawvanti LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with participation in this program or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any offer, prize, or donation reveal.

In no event will Pawvanti's total liability to any participant for any and all claims arising from or related to this program, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, exceed the greater of fifty dollars ($50.00) or the Approximate Retail Value of the offer, prize, or donation associated with the participant's QR code.

8. Privacy

9. General Conditions

Pawvanti may modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without notice, including if technical or other factors impair the integrity of the program. Pawvanti may substitute offers or prizes of equal or greater value where permitted by law. All decisions by Pawvanti regarding this program, including eligibility, QR code validity, and outcome determinations, are final and binding in all matters.

All disputes arising out of or relating to this program must be brought on an individual basis. Participants waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding in connection with this program.

All disputes will be governed by Illinois law and resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

10. Prize Claim Process

Prizes and offers are revealed and confirmed automatically at the time a QR code is redeemed; no separate notification or claim process is required. Depending on the nature of the prize, Pawvanti may contact the participant using the information provided at redemption to supply further instructions necessary to fulfill that prize. Pawvanti's inability to reach a participant for this purpose does not create any obligation to that participant.

11. Winner/Donation Information

Individual winner information will not be shared publicly. When a scratch-off reveal results in a charitable donation, Pawvanti may recognize the recipient organization on its Community Impact page at pawvanti.com/pages/community-impact.

12. Right of Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in this program constitutes each participant's consent to Pawvanti's use of their name, general location, and likeness for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation or further permission.
