Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We are pleased to offer free standard and paid expedited shipping on all U.S. orders. All orders are handled and shipped through our trusted fulfillment network to ensure fast, reliable delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, and most customers receive their packages within 1–5 business days after shipment, depending on selected shipping method.
Shipping carriers include major national providers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other regional partners. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey in real time.
Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may vary slightly depending on carrier availability and distance.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside the United States, available shipping options and rates will be displayed during checkout. These options include estimated delivery dates and associated shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for all international tariffs, duties, taxes, and import fees required by the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total at checkout and must be paid upon delivery. International orders generally arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance times.
Please note that customs delays are outside our control.
Order Accuracy & Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if delivery is refused, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
We work with highly reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will promptly investigate the issue and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, ownership and responsibility for the order transfer to the customer. We recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure or using a trackable address.
Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
If you place a pre-order or back-order, the estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page. We’ll notify you once your item ships. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped separately.
