Pawvanti Promotions & Discount Terms

These terms apply to any promotional offer, discount, store credit, gift-with-purchase, referral reward, or similar incentive ("Promotion") offered by Pawvanti LLC ("Pawvanti," "we," "us") through pawvanti.com, email, SMS, social media, or any other channel, unless a specific Promotion states different terms in writing at the time it is offered. If a specific Promotion's stated terms conflict with this page, the specific Promotion's terms control for that offer only.

1. General Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated for a specific Promotion:

  • Promotions are limited to one per customer, household, and email address.
  • Promotions may be restricted to new customers, first-time purchasers, subscribers, or other defined groups, as specified in the individual offer.
  • Pawvanti reserves the right to verify eligibility and to request confirmation of identity or purchase history before honoring a Promotion.
  • Promotions are not valid for resale, and are void where prohibited by law.

2. Nature of Rewards

Rewards issued under a Promotion, including but not limited to store credit, discount codes, free products, and gift cards, are issued as part of an awards, loyalty, or promotional program. No money or other thing of value is given by the consumer in direct exchange, or solely in exchange, for the reward itself; the reward is a bonus incentive tied to a qualifying purchase or action.

  • Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and tied to the customer account or email address to which they were issued, unless a specific Promotion states otherwise.
  • Store credit and discount codes may be subject to full-balance redemption only (no partial use), as determined by the platform issuing the credit.
  • Rewards cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated.

3. Expiration

  • Each Promotion will state its specific expiration period, if any, at the time the reward is issued.
  • Rewards issued under an awards, loyalty, or promotional program are not subject to the same expiration restrictions that apply to purchased gift certificates under Illinois law (815 ILCS 505/2SS), because no consideration is given directly for the reward.
  • Unredeemed rewards expire automatically at the end of the stated period and are forfeited. No extensions will be granted except at Pawvanti's sole discretion.
  • Rewards do not accrue interest or increase in value while unredeemed.

4. Redemption

  • Redemption instructions will be provided with each specific Promotion.
  • Rewards must be applied at checkout using the method specified (code entry, automatic account credit, etc.).
  • Pawvanti is not responsible for a customer's failure to redeem a reward before expiration, including failure caused by the customer not receiving or opening communications regarding the Promotion.

5. Fraud, Abuse, and Right to Revoke

Pawvanti reserves the right to:

  • Deny, revoke, or cancel any reward issued in error, or obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to obtain multiple instances of a Promotion intended for a single customer.
  • Cancel or reverse any order, refund, or reward associated with fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • Refuse service to any customer found to be in violation of these terms.

6. Modification and Cancellation

Pawvanti reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, including changing eligibility criteria, reward value, or expiration terms for Promotions not yet issued. Changes will not affect rewards already issued to a customer's account, except as necessary to correct an error or address fraud as described in Section 5.

7. No Warranty on Third-Party Platforms

Where a reward is issued or redeemed through a third-party platform used to power our website or checkout systems, Pawvanti is not responsible for platform errors, outages, or limitations (such as inability to apply partial credit) that affect a customer's ability to redeem a reward, though Pawvanti will make reasonable efforts to assist affected customers.

8. Communications

By participating in a Promotion, customers may receive transactional and marketing communications related to that Promotion (e.g., reward notifications and expiration reminders) in accordance with Pawvanti's Privacy Policy and applicable law (including CAN-SPAM). Customers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time; this will not affect an already-issued reward's validity or expiration.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal law.
