Subscription Policy
Billing & Charges
When you subscribe, you authorize Pawvanti to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis at the frequency you selected at checkout. Your first charge occurs at the time of your initial order. Each subsequent charge occurs on the same cycle (e.g., every 30 days) unless you make changes before the next billing date.
The price charged per cycle reflects the Subscribe & Save discount applied at the time of your original subscription. Pawvanti reserves the right to change subscription pricing. If a price change occurs, we will notify you at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Managing Your Subscription
You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at pawvanti.com and navigating to your subscription portal. You may also contact us through our contact page.
Changes or cancellations must be made before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that cycle. Changes submitted after a billing date has processed will apply to the following cycle.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for any cycle following a confirmed cancellation.
To cancel, log into your account at pawvanti.com or contact us through our contact page. We will send a confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy. We have a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. Opened items may be eligible for return provided at least 75% of the product remains unused. Refunds will not be issued for orders that have already shipped when a cancellation request is received after the billing date for that cycle has processed.
Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. You will be notified by email if a payment issue occurs.
